Vancouver, Canada. Kim Campbell spoke about leadership and the new Peter Lougheed Leadership College, of which she is the founding principal, at the annual Canadian Club of Vancouver luncheon. Additionally, 2015 Order of Canada recipients and the 2014 Order of British Columbia recipients were recognized as well.
