"It is in times of crisis when true political leaders flourish.”-- Kim Campbell 3/17/09

As part of an initiative to provide a permanent space for reflection and exchange of experiences on the definition of strategies and policies appropriate to the new intercultural and mainstreaming needs, the Cordoba City Council is in the process of promoting a program entitled “Córdoba Intercultural.”  This social and civil initiative is aimed at recovering the historical role of their city in fostering dialogue between cultures and peoples.

The initial phase of the program was concluded with the First International Forum on Diversity and Interculturality, and it was held under the auspices of the European Union, the Spanish Ministry of Culture and the Spanish National Plan for the Alliance of Civilizations.
